So what did I bring back from I-KNOW in Graz?
An impression of what a nice conference should look like (lots of food, lots of places to sit down and talk, less importance of being important…). More of that kind!

Idea of ?Boring KM” for SMEs who do not look for complicated solutions (that make for nice academic papers), but for simple things that usually work and do not cost much. SMEs do not need the label KM but want stuff that makes their life easier. As a book, this should appear along with ?KM Bad Practice: What did not work and our assumptions on why.”
